6. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated processing and delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier issues, weather, customs, high order volume, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

When an advertised shipping deadline cannot be met, customers may need to be notified and offered the choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund, as required by applicable law.

By Avalore is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers after a package has been transferred to the carrier.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Incorrectly Delivered Packages

Customers must contact us promptly if tracking shows a delivery problem.

By Avalore is not responsible for packages that are:

  • Delivered to an address incorrectly entered by the customer.
  • Stolen after confirmed delivery.
  • Refused by the recipient.
  • Unclaimed or returned because of an incomplete address.

We will reasonably assist with carrier claims when possible, but replacements and refunds are not guaranteed when tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they satisfy the conditions in our Refund Policy.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after processing has begun. Once an order has shipped, it must be handled according to our Refund Policy.

VIP Membership and Automatic Renewal

By enrolling in the By Avalore VIP Membership, you agree to the following subscription terms:

3-Day Free Trial

The VIP Membership begins with a 3-day free trial starting on the date you enroll.

You will not be charged the monthly membership fee during the trial period. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected payment method will automatically be charged $49.99 per month.

Automatic Monthly Billing

After the 3-day free trial, the VIP Membership automatically renews every month at $49.99 per month until canceled.

By enrolling, you authorize By Avalore and its payment providers to charge the payment method submitted during checkout for each recurring monthly payment without requiring additional approval before every charge.

The VIP Membership is separate from any one-time product purchase unless the membership offer is clearly displayed and accepted during checkout.

Canceling During the Free Trial

You may cancel at any time during the 3-day free trial to avoid being charged the first monthly membership fee.

Your cancellation must be completed before the free trial expires. Canceling after the trial has ended does not reverse a charge that has already been successfully processed.

How to Cancel

You may cancel your VIP Membership at any time by:

  • Using the subscription-management option available through your account or customer portal; or
  • Emailing support@myavalore.com with your full name and the email address associated with your membership.

Your cancellation becomes effective before the next billing date. After cancellation, no additional monthly membership charges will be made unless you enroll again.

Refunds for Membership Charges

Membership payments are generally non-refundable once a new monthly billing period has started, except when required by applicable law or when a billing error occurred.

Canceling prevents future charges but does not automatically provide a refund for a membership period that has already been billed.

Failed Payments

When a recurring payment cannot be processed, we may retry the payment method, request updated billing information, temporarily suspend membership benefits, or cancel the membership.

You remain responsible for any valid membership charges incurred before cancellation.

Membership Benefits

Available VIP benefits will be described on the website or during enrollment. Benefits may include discounts, special offers, early access, or other member-only promotions.

Benefits may be updated periodically. Any material changes to the membership price or billing terms will be communicated as required by applicable law.

Consent to Recurring Charges
